Tracy`s wheels Testing Plan A Report 1
Date: 11/13/1999
Time: 1940 PST

The testing of my Tracy's wheels device began at 1940 PST. I attached the dc motor using basically the same setup I used on the previous hfs. I took out all the 1/4" bolts that were holding the springs in place and noticed much better movement as if it now wants to float with the slightest push. I'm unable to slow the motor down at present and it is now running at a fast speed with the battery charger set at 6volts to slow it down. I will have to put in a rheostat to slow it down. So far the there is no phone interference, no static noticed on the same TV station I had set it on with the last test, and no sparking of any kind. There is good movement with the device. I check for continuity between the motor and skin, non noted, with the all thread where the arm is attached connecting the top and bottom boards together and the skin, non noted. If anything develops during the next few hours, I will report it. I feel that the device needs to be outdoors to obtain the same or better results I had last time with the hfs. Refer to photos test 1 and 2.

Tracy`s wheels Testing Plan A Report 2
Date: 11/13/1999
Time: 2335 PST

Nothing much happened until 2200 when the TV station began to fade from the screen. At 2225, it had faded entirely and a slow dark roll began from bottom to top of the screen. At 2235,it had increased in speed and the band widths had become about one inch in size compared to 2 to 3 inches earlier. 2245 all you could see were small narrow rolls and very fast scrolling. Checking the other stations produced the same reactions with some about the same and one with white and wide bands. Only static was heard from all. As before the antenna hooked up to cable TV was not attached. There was no interference or static from the portable phone. The only other item noticed was a tingly sensation when you lightly touched the skin with your hand, almost the same as when you are handling the Enhancer bulb. This had not been felt before this time and the skin had been checked quite often. Seeing no more changes at 2330, I again check for sparks and saw none. I then turned the motor off and noticed when touching the s kin, the tingly sensation was immediately gone and the roll on the TV screen had also quit, but no return of the station program. This was plan A. I have 4 more plans for testing. I then said goodnight to my witness, Young 89 from my health group list who had been with me during the entire period. Da fatlady checked in on me three times during the test. If during this time you would like to see something performed that you would be interested in seeing the results of, please consider it your machine with me doing the testing and I will try to accommodate you by following your directions and report the results. I urge you to take advantage of this opportunity.

Tracy`s wheels Testing Plan A Report 3
Date: 11/17/1999
Time: 0130 PST

This test began at 2110PST111699 and is now at 0200 still under test. At 2310 11/16/99, I did not notice anything unusual except for seeing some minor disturbances on the TV screen while it was tuned to the cable network. Nothing was noted on the screen when the cable network was disconnected. I then turned off the TV. The battery charger was then left on with the dc motor operating at a fairly high speed shaking the device quite rapidly in a short jerky motion. I've removed the aluminum arm once attached to the motor and bottom of the board where one of connecting rods extend through the board and replaced it with a short door spring from my desk light that allows the desk light arms to extend the light. The spring is 6 inches in length and it is attached loosely so to allow the motor to turn freely, but at the same time provide movement for the device. I then retired for the evening and awoke at 0140 11/17/99 and checked the machine again. Not noticing anything different from before, I switched the TV back on and noticed the same streaking on the screen while it was connected to the cable network. I then disconnected the cable hookup and lo and behold we have returned to the same point where I left during the last test on the previous hfs. This time, it was more pronounced with the screen showing random sparking action of hundreds of small bright lights and a burst of white light now and then. The burst of light is the same when you switch channels and the same I noticed during the last test of the previous hfs. This time the small bright lights are more pronounced and many more happening at the same time than before. It's kind of like watching my traveling through space screen saver only much more action. After a while it begins to have a hypnotic effect. Watching the motor do its thing, there was no sparking, just a lot of motor and hookup noise as the motor turned. I decided to leave the motor on as there isn't any heat build up on the motor and it turns quite freely. There is no heat associated with the wiring leading to the battery charger either. I'll check on it once more before returning to bed after I write my health report. If any changes are noted then, I'll get back to you. Refer to the photo attached showing the motor in operation.

Tracy`s wheels Testing Plan A Report 4
Date: 11/17/1999
Time: 0545 PST

Checking it again at 0345 before I returned to bed, the TV screen showed a slight increase in it's shooting star display and I did not notice anything else there. However, I did notice something else, only this was inside the house. I've been taping some videos by using two vcrs hooked up to my TV set inside my home. I run these all night as the tapes are 5 to 6 hours long. During this time the vcr holding the original had finished with what was on it and had not quite reached the end of the tape. I noticed an on and off motion of the tape recorder resonating with the same rate of machine motion of the device in the garage on the TV screen which I had set to show a blue background. I thought is was at first a jammed tape of sorts, but when I checked it out, this was not the case as it was fully functional when I reran it a few minutes later with it showing a good picture and then set it again to the finished portion of the tape. It began to do the same thing. I bring this to your attention because this is another way to show the interference that is also being exhibited with the TV in the garage only at a greater distance. I haven't checked this distance with the same TV in the garage nor did I think to disconnect the cable connection in the house. Will do this with the next test. At 0545 I recheck the device and saw no further changes and then turned the battery charger off. The TV screen immediately lost its shooting stars display and went clear. I checked the vcr in the house and it too showed no more interference at the end of the tape passed what had been recorded on it. I will now go to plan B and at the same time try and get the device to go slower with yet more motion to get the wheels to oscillate more. The temperature in the garage has been comfortably warm with my keeping the wood stove burning slowly all night.

I received my diode and hooked it between the heater switch and motor. I can now control the speed of the motor and now have it running at it's lowest speed in relationship to what the switch will allow. This means I can now see my fuel hose I'm using for a shaft connected to the disc turntable. This speed is still more than I desire, but it does give a better motion to the device making the wheels oscillate much better than before. The TV after only a couple of minutes began its star bursting effect. I will leave it running for the night once again and if there are no noted results, I will then proceed to plan B.
