First one shows the cone sitting upside down in the center of the wings. Second shows the cone being attached to the wings with the use of beads of the epoxy and small tags to hold the cone to the wings. Third shows my using my heavier magnets to keep the wings flat until the epoxy dried. The next cone is awaiting finishing under the half ping-pong table I made into a worktable. Fourth shows how I used 1/2inch by 1/8inch aluminum strips to serve as ribs for the cones and to connect the wings to the cones. Where they bend I used brass screws and nuts to hold them in place. Another outer rim of the same strip only one inch in size is used to border the wings.
